The model was popular mainly on exterior doors, but also appeared on interior doors. Iron prints were common until the 1950s, especially on log cabins and holiday homes where you want a more rustic touch.
There is a key plate, called a long plate, in the same style, slightly curved and with a “hammered” surface. This is included in the product Door handle iron, complete.
