Garden and veranda sofa based on a model from the second half of the 19th century. The original sofa comes from a farm in Torsåker, Gästrikland, where two preserved sofas, originally painted in bright ultramarine blue color, were placed on either side of the entrance to an open carpenter’s porch. Profiled ribbing in the seat and back and also otherwise very well made details. The legs rest on soles of “sacrificial wood”, which protects against rot and can easily be replaced if necessary. Fits very well together with the Sommarro garden furniture.
