Wooden lock plug, 2-pack. Many modern doors have large milled holes for standard modern handles and through-screw locks. Customers who want traditional fittings can therefore not choose them. But here is the solution. The wooden plug is used to plug oversized holes so that you can switch to traditional prints and key plates. The plug is fixed with glue in the empty holes.

Door print of a common model from the National Romantic era in the early 1900s. The prints are available in several variants from this time, many of them are angular and uncomfortable, but this particular model is both linear and comfortable to hold.
The model was popular mainly on exterior doors, but also appeared on interior doors. Iron prints were common until the 1950s, especially on log cabins and holiday homes where you want a more rustic touch.
There is a key plate, called a long plate, in the same style, slightly curved and with a “hammered” surface. This is included in the product Door handle iron, complete.
