A common detail that easily disrupts an otherwise well-preserved environment is modern outdoor lighting. Sometimes there are far too many lights – an old environment is best suited to be sparsely lit, but more often the overall effect is disrupted by the difficulty of finding suitable fixtures – except in Gysinge, of course.
